Self-Care and Community Are Not Optional

If there's one thing I want every woman to hear, it's this: women's health depends on connection. We have never been as isolated as we are right now, and it is taking a toll. Research shows that a good vent session with friends — a real "stitch and bitch" — actually lowers cortisol. That's good for your heart, your blood sugar, your mood, and honestly, your relationships too.
